Excellent software.

You can also see the panoram images directly in the respective folders,
but will not have the image wrapping.

Java applets exist which will do this, but the fullscreen viewing 
capability and smooth scrolling of wpanoram make it far more visually
impressive.

Stitching software:
Canon photo stitcher works well with source images from canon camera.
